New PHP configuration.

As of Today SDGM uses a new php configuration on all its servers.
We decided to make these changes with an eye on the future and to provide even better support for php software customers currently use on our servers.
Extra components in our new php5 configuration:
- PDO-MySQL
- Iconv
Especially the decision for the support of PDO-MySQL was made with an eye on the future, when php6 is used , PDO will become the standard way of connecting to databases.
In case you have interest in php6 support, stay tuned on the news, in the near future there will be an update on this by us.
