Improved NOC

We extended our noc with load and raid monitoring.
This means that when one of our servers gets a high load or one of its raid 5 or raid 1 drives fail, we will be notified by sms and e-mail.
Before we only received an sms and mail when services on the servers or a server itself went offline.
